摘　　要：20世纪20年代的苏联成人教育的巨大工程、对成人劳动者终身学习的半强制性的要求、类似义务补偿教育的体制,在当时取得了巨大的成效,被视为20世纪启蒙计划的光辉典范。但前苏联解体后,此模式已不再适合市场经济新形势的要求了,所以当局不得不对整个苏维埃教育系统进行重建,变革后的俄罗斯成人教育更趋同于西欧同行。In 1920＇s, the enormous Soviet Adult education project ,which partly demands adult laborers＇ lifelong learning and the system which is similar to Compulsory Back-off education, had got gigantic effect. It was regarded as the brilliant example of the enlightenment plan in 20 century. But since the Soviet Union was disintegrated, this pattern is no longer suitable for the new circumstances of the current market economy. Therefore, the authority concerned has to reform the entire Soviet education system and the reformed Russia Adult education tends to be the same as that in Europe.
