摘　　要：《内经》、《难经》等详细介绍了面部表情、身段表情和言语表情在生理、病理、诊断、治疗上的应用。认为古代医家对于表情非常重视,但近年来有忽视的趋向;中医应借鉴表情的现代研究成果,将表情充分运用于情志病的研究与诊疗中。The application of facial expression, posture expression, speech expression in classical treatises （such as hzner Canon of Hugandi and Classic on Medical Problems ,etc. ）were dicussed from physiology, pathology,diagnosis and treatment. It is pointed out that doctors in ancient attached importance to expression but now we ignored it. The researches and diagnosis of emotional disease should be draw lessons from modern researches.
