体院特色复合应用型英语专业人才培养模式的构建

摘　　要：本文分析了英语(体育)专业所面临的挑战,指出培养复合应用性英语专业人才的必要性和迫切性,提出了山东体育学院英语(体育)专业的人才培养模式:"英语+体育专业知识"、"英语+专业方向"、"基础+模块"。但是实现这一人才培养模式的保证是建立良好的教学与评价体制。This paper analysed the challenges faced by the Sports - English Majors, the necessity and urgeney to train English- majors with multiple orientations and lint forward the training model of Shandong Institute of Physical Education and Sports：English ＋ Sports; English ＋ Majors; foundation ＋ modules. Building an adequate instruction and evaluation system can ensure the realization of the training model.
