摘　　要：探讨Ｐ┐选择素表达与ＳＣＩＤ小鼠人胃癌原位移植瘤的转移关系。方法ＲＴ┐ＰＣＲ检测正常胃组织及移植瘤模型胃癌组织中的Ｐ┐选择素表达。结果Ｐ┐选择素在正常胃组织及胃癌组织均有不同程度的表达，８０％淋巴结有癌转移的胃癌组织中的Ｐ┐选择素表达强于正常及２０％淋巴结转移阴性的胃癌组织，表达强度与转移率呈明显的正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论选择素可能在胃癌转移中起重要作用。Objective:The relationship between the expression of P selectin gene in human gastric cancer and its metastasis was investigated. Methods:Human gastric cancer SGC 7901 tissues were implanted into the stomach of SCID mice.Six weeks later,the cancer and control tissues were examined pathohistologically and were assayed with RT PCR for P selectin expression.Results:The expression of P selectin mRNA was higher in gastric cancer tissue with lymph node metastasis (80%)than in those without metastasis and normal tissues;stronger the expression,higher the metastatic rate ( P <0 01).Conclusion:P selectin may play an important role in metastasis of gastric cancer.
