摘 要:利用荧光光谱法探讨了熊果酸与β-环糊精(β-CD)间的超分子相互作用,结果表明:熊果酸与β-环糊精可形成1:1的超分子包合物,包合常数为37L/mol。包合物在λex/λem=360/409nm处发射强荧光,据此建立了测定熊果酸的荧光分析方法。熊果酸浓度在0.71~10.14μg/mL范围内与其荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.228μg/mL。该方法操作简便,精密度、重现性好;用于山楂中熊果酸的测定,结果满意。The supramolecular interaction between ursolic acid and β-cyclodextrin was studied by spectrofluorimetry. The results showed that β-cyclodextrin reacted with ursolic acid to form an inclusion complex with an association constant of 37 L/mol. The composition of the complex is 1:1(β-CD: ursolic acid). Based on the significant enhancement of fluorescence intensity of ursolic acid in inclusion complex, a spectrofluorimetry method with high sensitivity and selectivity was developed for the determination of ursolic acid in aqueous solution. Under the optimum conditions, the complex had maximum excitation and emission wavelengths at 360 nm and 408 nm,respectively. The linear range of the method was 0.71 μg/mL-10. 14μg/mL with a detection limit of 0. 228μg/mL. The recoveries of ursolic acid for the spiked sample were 94.1-105.5%.
