膀胱肿瘤患者尿液IL-6活性检测的临床意义

摘　　要：为了探讨白细胞介素６（ＩＬ６）活性与膀胱肿瘤的关系，采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法对３７例膀胱肿瘤患者手术前后尿液ＩＬ６活性进行了免疫学检测，发现膀胱肿瘤患者尿液ＩＬ６活性较正常对照组显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），并与膀胱肿瘤临床分期有明显相关性，而与肿瘤的分级无关；肿瘤切除后尿液ＩＬ６活性明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果提示ＩＬ６活性与膀胱肿瘤分期有关，并可作为判断膀胱肿瘤生物学行为的一项有用指标。Interleukin6 activities in urine samples of patients with bladder carcinoma were measured with enzymelinked immunosorbent assay. A total of 37 patients and 15 normal volunteer have been entered into this study. The interleukin6 titers in urine increased in accordance with the progression of tumor stage, while tumor removal induced a remarkable decrease in the titer of urinary interleukin6. But no correlation could be detected between the tumor grade and the interleukin6 activity in urine.
