摘  要:采用香草醛、水杨醛和对羟基苯甲醛,以无水甲醇为溶剂,分别与盐酸羟胺反应,合成羟胺类Schiff碱配体,并用3种配体与乙酸铜(Ⅱ)合成配合物。通过元素分析、红外光谱、质谱、紫外-可见光谱、电导和热分析等测试手段对化合物进行了表征,确定了组成。同时,对Schiff碱配体及其相应配合物进行了抑菌活性实验,结果表明:配体和Cu(Ⅱ)配合物对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌和八叠球菌均有一定的抑制作用,而且配合物比相应配体的抑菌活性强,其中水杨醛缩盐酸羟胺合铜对枯草杆菌抑菌效果最佳。Three Schiff base ligands by 3- methoxy-4-hydroxy benzaldehyde, 2-hydroxy benzaldehyde, 4-hydroxy benzaldehyde and hydroxylamine chlorhydrate were synthesized in absolute methanol. Three corresponding Cu(Ⅱ) complexes derived from Schiff base ligands and cupric acetate. Theses compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, MS, UV-vis, molar conductance and TG/DTA. The antibacterial activity tests on E. Coil, B. Subtilis and S. Lutea of three ligands and three Cu(Ⅱ) complexes were carried out. The results indicate that all compounds can inhibit three kinds of bacteria and the three Cu(Ⅱ) complexes exhibited the higher biological activity compared with three ligands and 2-hydroxy benzaldehyde hydroxylamine chlorhydrate Cu(Ⅱ) compounds displayed remarkably antibacterial activity than other compounds.
