钛烤塑冠与钛烤瓷冠修复牙体缺损效果比较

摘　　要：目的评价钛烤塑冠修复牙体缺损临床应用时的效果。方法对79例牙体缺损患牙进行修复治疗后,随访2年,对比研究42个钛烤塑冠(钛烤朔冠组)和37个钛烤瓷冠(钛烤瓷冠组)的牙龈刺激征、颜色变化、颈缘着色、患者满意率等指标。结果42个钛烤塑冠中,牙龈刺激征4例,颜色变化3例,颈缘着色1例;钛烤塑冠组患者对34个钛烤塑冠修复效果满意,满意率89.5%(34/42)。与钛烤瓷冠组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论钛烤塑冠是一种较理想的修复体,在恢复牙齿美观方面与钛烤瓷冠无显著差异,对牙体缺损的修复可获得良好的美学效果。Objective To evaluate the aesthetic effecte of resin fused to titanium crowns on restorating defect of teeth. Method The 42 defect teeth were randomly selected and would be restorated by resin fused to titanium crowns （trial group）. After restorating, a two-year follow up was taken into practice and results followed-up were generally evaluated from the view points of aesthetics, fitness and periodontical situation etc. Simultaneously, these view points were compared with those from porcelain fused to titanium crowns（37, controlled group）. Results Among the forty-two four resin fused to titanium crowns resulted in gingival irritatation sign, three change of resinic color, one marginal pigmentation. 34 of 38 patients （in trial group） felt satisfactory, accounting for 89.5% of total number.There was no significant difference between resin fused to titanium group and porcelain fused to titanium group （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Resin fused to titanium crowns is one kind of ideal restoration, and nice aesthetic effect could be required in restorating defect of teeth.
