摘  要:参考AOAC2002.2的方法结合实验室的条件加以改进,并用该方法对国内外100份春小麦种质资源进行了测定,结果表明小麦籽粒中抗性淀粉平均含量为2.11%。在所测定的100份春小麦品种中抗性淀粉含量较高的有13个,其中新疆品种近半。对这100份春小麦种质资源按抗性淀粉含量的差异进行聚类分析,分成高、中、低三类,并对其进行方差分析,结果表明这100份春小麦抗性淀粉的含量在品种间差异达极显著水平。A simple and fast method of the resistant starch (RS) testing was established according to the method of AOAC2002.2, combined with our laboratory, s condition. By this method we determined 100 spring wheat germplasm resources worldwide. Results showed that the average content of RS in wheat kernel was 2.11%. 13 varieties have high RS content among the 100 spring wheat varieties determined, and nearly half is from Xinjiang. These 100 materials can be classified to 3 groups: High, Medial and Low when cluster was analyzed by their variation of RS content. Analysis of variance to these 100 materials showed that the variation of RS content in 100 spring wheat varieties was mostly significant (0.01 lever).
