摘　　要：持续几年的大规模高校扩招,使高等教育内部结构失衡,人才培养出现供需错位,要缓解这一矛盾,高校必须调整专业设置,优化课程结构,根据市场需求,提高应用性课程和实践课程的比例,多开选修课,进行职业生涯教育,提高学生的综合素质和就业能力。The continuous and increasing enrollment of higher educational institutions has resulted in the internal imbalance, and displacement of employment supply and demand. So the universities should rearrange the curricular structure, optimize the curricula, provide with optional courses to adapt tothe market, carry out the career training, and help students to improve the comprehensive competence.
