我国体育法学的“问题域”研究

摘　　要：通过归纳分析,认为我国体育法学研究取得了较为丰硕的成果。在此基础上,提出了体育法学的"问题域",它是体育法学本体论、认识论、语言论、价值论的统一,涉及到体育法本质、体育法学发展的结构问题、体育法的目的等七个方面。而目前需要重点解决的问题是体育法修订问题、学科建设问题等。In general, Chinese researches on the law of sports have made great achievements. On basis of this, the realm of issues is put forward on the sport law, which is the unification of the ontology, epistemology, language, value, essence, development, and aims of sport law. The amendment of the sport law, and curricular construction are the most significant tasks.
