摘　　要：宫颈癌发生、发展与癌基因激活、抑癌基因突变,抗凋亡基因过表达有关。本文从经典的抑凋亡基因Bcl-2及其同源体促进凋亡的Bax基因,及凋亡通路关键因子细胞色素C,caspase-3进行综述,阐明其与宫颈癌的相互关系。The occurrence and development of cervical cancer are relevant to oncogene activation, tumor suppressor gene mutation, the anti-apoptotie gene expression. To know the correlation between apoptosis gene and cervical cancer, the apoptosis-inhibited gene Bel-2 and iapoptosis-enhanced gene Bax were reviewed as well as.
