去甲肾上腺素转运体T182C与重性抑郁障碍在控制社会心理因素后的关联

摘　　要：目的探讨在控制社会心理因素条件下去甲肾上腺素转运体（NET）T182C基因多态性与重性抑郁障碍（MD）的关系。方法选取重性抑郁障碍患者和健康对照者各152例，检测去甲肾上腺素转运体T182C基因多态性，采用艾森克个性问卷、生活事件量表、社会支持量表、特质应对方式问卷进行有关社会心理因素的评定。采用logistic回归对结果进行统计分析。结果在控制社会心理因素前：以TT为参照，CC基因型（OR=2．23），差异无显著性（P=0．07）。在控制社会心理因素后：以TT为参照，CC基因型（OR=6．23），差异有显著性（P=0．02）；以TC为参照，CC基因型（OR=5．33），差异有显著性（P=0．03）。结论社会心理因素影响T182C基因多态性与重性抑郁障碍（MD）的关联性。CC基因型可能是罹患重型抑郁障碍的危险因素，其患病危险是TT基因型的6．23倍，是TC基因型的5．33倍。Objective To explore the relations of norepinephrine transporter （NET） T182C gene polymorphism and major depressive disorder （MD） in the control society psychological factors condition. Methods 152 MD and 152 control group were chosed,to detect the NET T182C gene polymorphism and Eysenck Personality Questionaire （EPQ） ,Life Event Scale（LES） ,Social Support Scale（SSS） ,Trait Coping Style Questionnaire（TCSQ） was used to evaluate the related society psychological factor, using the logistic return to statistical analysis with the results. Results Before controling society psychological factor, taking TT as the reference, CC gene （ OR = 2.23 ） , significant difference is not found （ P = 0.07 ）. After controling society psychological factor, taking TT as the reference ,the OR of CC gene was 6.23 ,and significant difference is found （P=0.02） ;taking TC as the reference, the OR of CC gene was 5.33, and there was significant difference （ P = 0.03 ）. Conclusion The society psychological factor affects the connection of the NET T182C gene polymorphism and the MD. CC genotype possibly is a risk factor of MD,and it is sick the danger is TT gene 6.23 times, is TC gene 5.33 times.
