泪囊鼻腔吻合术断与不断内眦韧带的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察不断内眦韧带的泪囊鼻腔吻合术的手术效果。方法对48例(56眼)慢性泪囊炎随机分为A、B两组。A组:26例(28眼),泪囊鼻腔吻合术中不断内眦韧带;B组,22例(28眼)术中断内眦韧带。术后观察泪道通畅情况。结果术后随访6～10月,A组27眼有效,1眼无效,有效率为96.43%;B组21眼有效,7眼无效,有效率为75.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(F=0.03)。结论不断内眦韧带的泪囊鼻腔吻合术方法简便,治愈率高。Objective To observe the effect of the dacryocystorhinostomy （DCR） with uncutted the inner canthal ligament. Methods This randomized, clinical trial included 48 consecutive patients undergoing DCR. Patients were alternately assigned to two groups on the basis of the uncut ro cut off the inner canthal ligament. A group：need not cut inner canthal ligament in 26 cases （28 eyes） ; B group：cut off the inner canthal ligament in 22 cases （28 eyes）. Results 46 cases observed for 2-10 months. 27 eyes got successful in A group ;21 eyes got successful in B group. There was statistically significant difference in success rate between the two groups. Conclusions This improved dacryocystorhinostomy is simple and easy to use . It＇ s curative effect is reliable, and the cure rate is high.
