摘　　要：在界定"脆弱性"的基础上,将这一概念引入企业危机管理。根据复杂系统脆性理论,建立了企业脆弱性系统分析模型,从企业外部环境和企业内部结构两个层面,构建了由企业家素质、产品竞争力、战略目标清晰度、利润增长率、技术创造需求能力、产权清晰度等35个指标所组成的企业脆弱性评价指标体系。Valuation of enterprise vulnerability is a new scope. Only a little relevant literature can be found,of which most concerns a certain aspect of enterprise vulnerability. On the basis of defining vulnerability, this paper introduces the concept to enterprise crisis management. According to the complex system theory,a systematic analysis model of enterprise vulnerability is developed. And this paper also establishes a valuation indicator system of enterprise vulnerability,including such indicators as entrepreneur＇s qualities, product＇s competitiveness, definition of strategic target, growth rate of profit, probability to create new demand,etc.
