摘 要:滚动轴承故障诊断的方法有多种,并且各有其适用场合。本文结合实验对滚动轴承三种典型故障(内圈裂纹、外圈裂纹、滚动体裂纹)的振动信号进行了研究分析,分别应用了功率谱分析和倒频谱分析技术。实验证明,在滚动轴承故障诊断中,倒频谱分析比功率谱分析更加切实可行,具有实用价值。本文还对三种故障轴承的噪声进行了比较,对滚动轴承故障诊断具有一定的参考意义。The methods of fault diagnosis for rolling bearing are various which applied in different occasions. The power spectrum analysis technique and cepstrum analysis technique have been adopted separately to analysis the vibrating signal of the three typical faults of rolling bearing based on experiments. The results indicated that cepstrum analysis technique is more practical than power spectrum analysis technique in the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing. Also, comparisons have been made among noises detected during the running of the three fault bearings, which gives some reference to the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing.
