摘 要:以环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)理论为基础,根据江苏省统计年鉴1990—2006年的经济与环境数据,构建了江苏省工业"三废"排放量的环境库兹涅茨曲线模型,分析了江苏省环境质量与经济之间的关系,并对"三废"排放量变化趋势进行理论估计.研究表明,江苏省环境库兹涅茨曲线并不完全符合标准的倒"U"形,而是呈现3种情况:工业废水曲线呈现非EKC关系;工业废气曲线为"U形+倒U形左侧",两个理论转折点的人均GDP分别为5 635元和16 587元;工业固废曲线为倒"U"形左侧,理论转折点的人均GDP为32 402元.Based on the theory of Environmental Kuznets Curve,with the economic and environmental data in Jiangsu province from 1990 to 2006, an Environmental Kuznets Curve model of Jiangsu industrial "three wastes" was established. The relationship between environment and economic of Jiangsu was analyzed and the trend of "three wastes" discharge was theoretically estimated. The research shows that Environmental Kuznets Curve of Jiangsu doesn't totally measure up a normal inverted U pattern,but has three forms: the curve of waste water takes on a non-EKC shape: the curve of waste gas performs a shape of inverted U+U,which has two turning points at 5 635 yuan and 16 587 yuan respectively and the curve of solid waste takes the shape of the left side of a U pattern whose turning point is at 32 402 yuan.
