摘　　要：在中部崛起与中原城市群建设的背景下,对郑州市的人力资源现状进行了分析,并针对其存在的问题提出一些建议和相应解决的策略,促使郑州人力资源的整体素质与结构有明显突破,能够在中部崛起与中原城市群中发挥中心城市的作用.In the background of rise of the Central China and the Central Henan Urban Agglomeration, this paper analyses the present conditions of human resources of Zhengzhou, and makes some suggestions and corresponding strategies to resolve the problems of existence, in order to making a significant breakthrough in the quality and structure of human resources of Zhengzhou, making Zhengzhou play a important role in the rise of the Central China and the Central Henan Urban Agglomeration.
