摘　　要：阐述了激励的产生机制,探讨了需求层次与激励内容的对应,重点论述了物质激励需与精神激励相结合的问题,指出精神激励应该逐渐占据主导地位。This paper expounds the generation mechanism of the incentive, probes into the correspondence of the requirement levels and the incentive contents, discusses emphatically the problem of the combination of the material incentive and spiritual incentive, and points out that the spiritual incentive should progressively occupy a leading position.
