摘 要:研究了银杏叶中黄酮类提取物对超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基清除率和过氧化氢的清除作用。为了进一步分析黄酮类在细胞内的清除作用,在反应体系中加入了大肠杆菌提取物以部分模拟细胞环境。结果表明黄酮类提取物对2类自由基和过氧化氢有明显的清除作用。同时发现在清除过程中,黄酮类与内酯类的相互作用比较复杂。但可以肯定的是大肠杆菌提取物的生物大分子对自由基和过氧化氢的清除没有影响或影响较小。Free radicals and hydrogen peroxide scavenging effect of flavonoid extract from Ginkgo biloba leaves against O2^-, ·OH, hydrogen peroxide was investigated. In contrast, extract from Escherichia coli was added into producing systems of free radicals and hydrogen peroxide in order to show scavenging effect of flavonold extract from G. biloba in cells. It indicated that flavonoid extract from G.biloba leaves showed strong scavenging effect against O2^-, ·OH and hydrogen peroxide. It suggested that mutual function between flavonoid extract and ginkgolide extract from G. biloba leaves was very complex in scavenging process on free radicals and hydrogen peroxide. It also proved that scavenging effect of flavonoid and ginkgolide extract from G. bi/oba leaves against O2^-, ·OH and hydrogen peroxide were not changed by the extract from E. coll.
