摘　　要：针对军用航空动力系统的制造过程,分析了其质量形成的不确定性的影响因素;从理论探讨的角度,提出了消除或降低该不确定性的思路,即,借助合同并实行合同约束下的主观质量——合约化质量管理模式,构建监督机制、激励机制、约束机制等.The quality forming has a big uncertainty, which is the basic feature in the course of manufacture of aerospace power system. First, the factors that caused the uncer-tainty were analyzed. Then, the schemes that would delete the uncertainty of quality was given, which was to build supervising mechanism, encouraging mechanism and binding mechanism.
