普通高校体育专业大学生术科自主学习能力培养的初探

摘　　要：自主学习是当今教育研究的重要课题。在课程论领域,培养学生自主学习能力被作为一项重要的课程目标;在教学论领域,自主学习被视为一种重要的教学方法;而在学习论领域,自主学习被看成是一种有效的学习方式[1]。自主学习是适应时代发展的一种学习方式,也是当前体育课程改革应该倡导的学习方式之一,教师应注重对学生自主学习能力的培养,为学生今后的生存发展与终身学习的需要打好基础。文章在对自主学习含义理解的基础上,分析了影响体育专业学生术科自主学习能力的因素,探讨了引导和培养体育专业学生术科自主学习能力的方法。Independent Study is one of the most important studies of the teaching reseach nowadays. In the area of curriculum theory, cultivating student＇ s ability of independent study is considenred as a significant curriculum goal; while in the area of teaching theory, independent study is rended as a main teaching skill; and in the area of study theory, it is believed to be an efficient study method. Independent study is a kind of study method that cathes time. It should be one tithe study ways adcocated by the recent reform tithe P. E. curriculum.Teachers should concentrat on the education of students＇independent study ability to satisfy their requirment of future development and study. On the basement of comprehension of the meaning of independent study, the article analies the factors affecting the P.E. majors＇ ablitiy of independent study, and investigates the way of conducting and cultivating such ability.
