摘　　要：本文从自主创新的角度,运用组织学习机制,揭示了企业知识结构演化的内在机理,构造了自主创新与企业知识结构演化的关系模型,为进一步实证研究企业知识管理的具体方法和手段提供了理论基础。From the perspective of independent innovation, this paper reveals the evolution mechanism of the enterprise knowledge structure through using organizational learning mechanism, and constructs the relation model with independent innovation and the evolution of enterprise knowledge structure, which provide the theoretical foundation for empirical research on ways and means of knowledge management.
