b-FGF在原发性肝细胞肝癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究b-FGF在原发性肝细胞肝癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法分析b-FGF在原发性肝细胞肝癌中的表达。结果:原发性肝癌45例中b-FGF表达阳性者31例(68.9%),显著高于癌旁组织23例中b-FGF表达阳性者8例(34.8%)及正常肝14例中b-FGF表达阳性者6例(42.3%);在高分化(8/17)、无肝内转移(16/28)、无淋巴转移(18/31)的肝癌中b-FGF阳性表达率明显低于低分化(23/28)、有肝内转移(15/17)、有淋巴转移(13/14)的肝癌病人(P<0.05)。结论:b-FGF可能是原发性肝细胞肝癌的生物学行为和预后的重要标记物,阳性表达者可能恶性程度高和预后不良。Objective： To investigate the expression and the clinical significance of basic fibroblast growth factor （b-FGF） in primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods：The expression of b-FGF in primary hepatocellular carcinoma was analyzed by lmmunohistochemistry S-P method. Results：The patients of positive expression of b-FGF were 31 cases （68.9%） （31/45 ）in 45 cases with primary hepatocellular carcinoma and significantly higher than that in the tumor surrounding tissues of 8 cases （34.8 % ） （8/23）and normol liver tissues of 6 cases （42.3%） （6/14）. The positive expression rate of b-FGF in cases of well differentiated cancer （8/17）, without intrahepatic metastasis（16/28） and without lymph node metastasis（ 18/31 ） was significantly lower than that in cases of poor differentiated cancer（23/28 ）, intrahepatic metastasis（15/17） and lymph node metastasis（13/14） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The b-FGF may be an important marker of the biological behaviors and prognosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. The patients with positive expression of b-FGF suggests higher maligance and poor prognosis.
