摘　　要：根据独立学院所面临的生源、师资和资金等客观条件，介绍了以学科竞赛为载体，因地制宜地推进教学内容、教学方法的改革和创新型实验室的建设，从而推动学生创新能力的培养，促进学风的好转的具体做法。According to objective condition such as students, teachers and fund what independent colleges are confronted with, this paper introduces the concrete method that it takes that subject competitions with as cartier and adjustable measures to local conditions to advance reformation of teaching content and method, and move forward construction of innovation laboratory, thereby impelling to train the high-quality applicable creative graduates and boosting style of study taking a turn for the better.
