摘　　要：高校图书馆引入使命管理的理念,为图书馆管理注入了新的活力。其管理内容主要包括:管理意义、管理目标、管理效果、馆员的自我激励。使命战略计划的实施,保证了图书馆在重大决策上的统一、协调,提高了图书馆整体运行的效率。The library in the institutes have adopted the purpose - driven managemental systems and ever since have been ijected a new life, reseclting in making clear the perception of the perpose - driven management systems of the 21 century ,which mainly include the conception of management, the purpose and aim, the purpose and aim, theeffect and the self - encouragement of the librarians. It ensures the complete implement of the important decision in the libraries and raises the effecency in the libraries.
