摘　　要：在分析广东省约100项环保科技成果资料的基础上,根据国家对科技成果评估的要求,提出了建立广东省环保科技成果转化绩效评估指标体系的思路与原则,构建了一套便于实际操作的指标体系和评估实施办法,并利用层次分析法和专家调查法确定了一、二级指标权重.这套评估指标体系还需要在实践中不断完善.The article discusses the ideas and principles to establish the performance evaluating index system for transforming environmental protection scientific and technical achievements based on analysis of the achievements in Guangdong Province. The evaluating criteria are established and the weighting coefficient of each index is calculated. But the system is not the final one and the best one yet. Some indexes and requirements, as well as the weighting coefficients, will be modified in practice.
