摘　　要：就划转普通高校创新大学生就业工作机制提出了以下措施:加强就业工作组织机构建设,充分调动全体教职工积极性,逐步建立"全员化"就业工作机制;增强就业服务意识,努力为毕业生顺利就业创造条件;重视大学生职业生涯规划,加强大学生就业指导,提高大学毕业生就业竞争力.This topic proposes the following measures to innovate college students＇ employment mechanism of transfer university, to strengthen the duilding of employment organizations, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, and gradually establish ＂full of＂ employment mechanism; to enhance awareness of employment services, and create the conditions for successful graduates employment; to attend students＇ career planning, and strengthen employment guidance, and enhance the employment of college graduates competitiveness.
