摘　　要：目的:检测子宫内膜癌组织中Maspin蛋白的表达,探讨Maspin在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测40例子宫内膜腺癌、18例内膜不典型增生及10例正常子宫内膜组织中Maspin蛋白的表达,分析其与子宫内膜癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果:正常子宫内膜组织、内膜不典型增生组织和内膜癌组织中Maspin蛋白的阳性表达率分别为90.0%、55.6%和42.5%,3组间相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.312,P<0.05)。子宫内膜癌组织中Maspin的表达与手术-病理分期及淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。结论:Maspin的表达降低可能与子宫内膜癌的发生发展和转移有关。Aim. To investigate the expression and significance of Maspin protein in endometrial carcinoma tissue. Methods：The expression of Maspin was detected by immunohistochemistry in 40 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 18 cases of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium,and 10 eases of normal endometrium tissue. Results： The positive expression rates of Maspin protein in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia of endometrium, and endometrial carcinoma tissue were 90.0% , 55.6% and 42.5% , and there were significant differences among the 3 groups （X^2 = 7,312, P 〈 0.05）. In endometrial carcinoma tissue,the expression of Maspin was related with the surgery-pathological stage and lymph node metas-tasis（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The lower expression of Maspin may participate in the carcinogenesis, development and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
