宫颈鳞癌组织中肿瘤转移基因1、上皮钙黏素mRNA的表达

摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤转移基因1(MTA1)、上皮钙黏素(E-cadherin)mRNA表达与宫颈鳞癌发生发展及转移的关系。方法:应用原位杂交方法检测52例宫颈鳞癌组织、34例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织和28例正常宫颈上皮组织中MTA1、E-cadherin mRNA的表达。结果:①宫颈鳞癌组织、CIN组织和正常宫颈黏膜组织中MTA1 mRNA的阳性表达率分别为88.5%(46/52)、63.6%(21/34)和7.1%(2/28),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈鳞癌组织、CIN组织和正常宫颈黏膜组织中E-cadherin mRNA的阳性表达率分别为44.2%(23/52)、55.9%(19/34)和100.0%(28/28),差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②有淋巴结转移组MTA1 mRNA阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移组E-cadherin mRNA阳性表达率低于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。③宫颈鳞癌组织中MTA1与E-cadherin mRNA的表达呈负相关(r=-0.284,χ2=4.204,P<0.05)。结论:MTA1 mRNA的高表达及E-cadherin mRNA表达缺失与宫颈鳞癌的发生发展及转移有关。Aim： To explore the relationship between the mRNA expression of MTA1,E-cadherin and development, metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods-The mRNA expressions of MTA1 ,E-cadherin in 52 cases of cervical carcinoma, 34 cases of CIN and 28 cases of normal tissue were detected using in situ hybridization. Results：The positive rates of MTA1 mRNA in the tumor,CIN and normal tissue were 88.5% （46/52） ,63.6% （21/34） and 7.1% （2/28） , and there was significant difference among the 3 groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rates of E-cadherin mRNA in the tumor, CIN and normal tissue were 44.2% （23/52） ,55.9% （19/34） and 100.0% （28/28） , and there was significant difference among the 3 groups （P 〈 0.05）. The positive rates of MTA1 mRNA in the metastatic group were higher than that in the non-metastatic group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;but the positive rates of E-cadherin mRNA in the metastatic group were lower than that in the non-metastatic group （P 〈 0.05）. There was a negative correlation between the expression of MTA1 mRNA and the expression of E-cadherin mRNA （ r = - 0. 284 ,X2 = 4. 204, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The expression of MTA1 mRNA and E- cadherin mRNA may be related to development and metastasis of cervical carcinoma.
