摘 要:目的:测定涂布超硬石膏表面硬化剂有机硅树脂前后石膏模型的表面硬度和抗磨损性能,为该石膏表面硬化剂的临床应用提供依据。方法:制作20mm×10mm×10mm超硬石膏模型20个,随机分为2组。实验组表面涂超硬石膏表面硬化剂,对照组表面不涂硬化剂。分别测试2组模型的表面硬度和抗磨损性。结果:实验组模型的表面硬度和抗磨损性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:有机硅树脂能明显提高超硬石膏的表面硬度和抗磨损性。Aim : To evaluate the surface hardness and abrasion resistance of die stone model with the application of a new gypsum surface hardener. Methods:Twenty die stone blocks of 20 mm×10 mm× 10 mm were made and randomly assigned to two groups. The control group was not coated with surface hardener and the experimental group was coated with surface hardener. Surface hardness and abrasion resistance were measured separately. Results: The experimental group had higher hardness and abrasion resistance than those of control group. Conclusion: Gypsum surface hardener, silicone resin, can improve the surface hardness and abrasion resistance of die stone model.
