摘  要:综述了水稻雄性不育的遗传和分子生物学研究进展。光温敏核不育受1~2对隐性核基因控制,育性表达受基因和环境共同作用,光敏核不育基因被不同研究者分别定位在不同染色体上;核质互作型的雄性不育因细胞质类型不同,控制育性的基因不同;野败型和BT型的主要恢复基因均被定位于第10染色体的长臂上,BT型和滇型的恢复基因具有等位效应;细胞质中线粒体DNA于雄性不育密切相关,而关于叶绿体DNA与育性的关系还存在争议。The research progress of genetics and molecular biology on rice male sterility was summarized. PTGMS was dominated by 1-2 recessive genes, sterility was regulated by gene and environment factors jointly, the PTGMS gene was located on different chromosomes depending on the researchers. CMS genes were different for different cytoplasm. The restoring genes to WA and BT were both located on the long arm of chromosome 10, and the restoring gene to BT had the same location effects with that to Dian. The mitochondria DNA was closely related to male sterility, but the relation between the chloroplast DNA and male sterility was controversial.
