摘  要:采用Loeb-Sourirajan相转化法成膜技术制备了碳酸钙(CaCO3/)聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)复合膜,讨论了加入Ca-CO3对PVDF膜的结构与性能的影响,并应用卵清蛋白截留实验、扫描电子显微镜、动态粘弹谱仪分别对膜分离性能、微观结构及动态力学性能进行了测试.结果表明,加入CaCO3引入了界面孔,增加了非界面孔的连通性,提高了复合膜的孔隙率,在保持甚至提高复合膜的截留率的基础上,增大了膜的水通量,与此同时,增加了复合膜的模量.另外,与微米级粒径的CaCO3相比,纳米级粒径的CaCO3的加入更能有效提高膜的水通量和截留率.The preparation of calcium carbonate (CaCO3)/polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) composite membrane by Loeb-Sourirajan phase inversion process was introduced. The effects of CaCO3 on structure and property of composite membrane were investigated. The separation property, mierostrueture and dynamic mechanical property of composite membranes were characterized by ovalbumin rejection experiment, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), dynamic viseoelastometer (DMA), respectively, The result shows that the interracial voids are introduced because of the addition of the CaCO3, and the connectivity of the non-interracial voids is improved. The porosity of the composite membranes is also increased. The water flux of the composite membranes is increased on the basis of keeping or even improving the ovalbumin rejection ratio. In addition, comparison with the micrometer CaCO3, composite membrane has a great extent enhancement of water flux combined with rejection rate because of the addition of the nanometer CaCO3.
