摘　　要：促进人的全面发展是思想政治教育的根本目标,把以人为本作为大学生思想政治教育工作的新理念,在深入研究以人为本内涵的基础上,再次审视它对大学生思想政治教育的意义和价值,正本清源,创新大学生思想政治教育的工作机制。Focusing on the need of people is the core of the Scientific Concept of Development, and the promotion of the Students＇ all-round development is the basic goal of the political and ideological education. Based on the researches on the implications of the ＂people-centered＂ concept, its significance and values on the the college students＇ political and ideological education is re-evaluated to innovate the mechanism of the college students＇ political and ideological education.
