摘　　要：高校思想政治教育工作要树立以人为本的德育理念,贴近实际,准确定位;贴近生活,入情入理;贴近学生,实现"零距离"。增强思想政治教育工作的针对性,促进大学生全面发展。Ideologic and political education in universities need to stick to people-orientation by three types of approache. The first is to approach to practice to be accurately positioned. The second is to approach life to be fair and reasonable. The third is to approach students to be zero-distant. Thus the aim of education work is strengthened to facilitate students to develop generally.
