摘　　要：抗体药物是近年来发展起来的新的抗肿瘤药物，在肿瘤治疗方面有着独特的优势。研究表明，抗体药物能选择性杀伤肿瘤细胞，具有良好的疗效和较低的毒性，在体内呈特异性分布，能特异性结合于肿瘤相关分子靶点，并且对耐药性肿瘤细胞有杀伤作用。Antibody drug is a new kind of new anticancer drug with distinct superiorities in tumor therapy developed in recent years. Antibody drugs can effectively kill the tumor cells with good selectivity ,and have good efficacy ,lower toxicity and a specificity of distribution in vivo. They can specifically bind to tumor-associated target moleculars. Besides, the antibody drugs can effectively kill the tumor cells with drug-resistane.
