摘　　要：介绍了轿车仪表板开发过程中应考虑的主要内容,给出了设计仪表板时需考虑的成型工艺方面的原则和经验方法,讨论了仪表板在装车后易出现的质量缺陷及解决原则,为轿车仪表板的开发提供了参考依据.Several main contents were introduced and considered during the development of the passenger car dashboard. Some principles, exercises and methods of molding process for designing the dashboard have been indicated. The quality defects which easily occurred when the dashboard was installed and the solution principles have been discussed, providing a reference frame was offered for the development of passenger car dashboard.
