摘　　要：针对带有状态和控制滞后的强结构不确定变时滞关联系统,研究了分散鲁棒控制器的设计问题.结合不等式技巧和LM I(线性矩阵不等式)处理方法,给出了系统的分散鲁棒控制器的存在判据和设计方法,进而讨论了最优分散鲁棒控制,得到一个凸优化模型,相应算例验证了结论的可行性和有效性。The design problem of decentralized robust controller is studied for uncertain interconnected system with time-varying delays of state and control, and the uncertainty under consideration is high structured. Combining the technique of inequalities and methods of LMI （ Linear Matrix Inequality）, the existence condition and design method of decentralized robust controller are proposed, and the optimum decentralized robust control is considered, then a convex optimizing model is obtained, and relative examples illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the results obtained.
