摘　　要：本文利用数字电路完成了对SR电动机测速电路的设计,用VHDL语言对其进行了描述。在功能仿真后,下载到一片FPGA上制成单片数字化测速电路。在全数字化的SRD系统中使用了该专用测速芯片,其测速精度优良,测速速度优于单片机测速方法。The paper finished the design of velocity circuit about SR motor using digital circuit, and proceeded description using VHDL language. It was been loaded a page of FPGA, then made-up one-chip digitized velocity circuit after function emulating. The special velocity slug is used in fully digitizing the SRD system, which had good rate accuracy Its velocity speed had better than SVM＇s velocity method.
