摘  要:运用自我效能感理论,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验对比法和数理统计法,在体育专业女子足球教学中进行培养和激发学生及教师自我效能感的实验研究。结果表明,实验班成绩优于对照班,且有非常显著性的差异;在女子足球教学中培养和激发学生及教师的自我效能感,可以有效的提高足球教学的效果和女学生的成绩。In the light of the methods of document references, experimental comparison and mathematical staffstics, and based on the theory of self-consciousness of efficiency, the author makes the research and experiments on how to raise self-consciousness of efficiency on the parts of students and teachers in the teaching of college football major. The findings show that the groups in experimental class are significantly superior to the those in comparison, and this raising of efficiency consciousness in football training can effectively improves the teaching effectiveness and students' achievements.
