摘　　要：目前,数字图像处理在大米外形检测方面已有一定应用。而基于Canny准则的算法在数字图像处理中应用较广,因此,在详细阐明Canny准则及其算法的基础上,讨论了采用Canny边缘检测算子来实现对大米外形的检测并取得了良好的结果。Now digital image processing has been applied in the identification of rice figure. The algorithm based on Canny Regulation has been widely used in digital image processing, therefore, based on detailed description of Canny Regulation and algorithm the edge detection was discussed for complete detection of the rice figure and a good effect was achieved.
