摘 要:介绍了新型被动风冷式鼓式制动器的结构和降温原理。为检验该制动器的制动效能,在制动器惯性试验台上对该被动风冷式鼓式制动器和普通鼓式制动器对比进行了基准点检验试验、效能点检验试验、热衰退试验及热恢复试验。试验结果表明,被动风冷式鼓式制动器的基准点、效能点检验试验结果与普通鼓式制动器差别不大,但其具有良好的热恢复性能和抗热衰退特性。This paper introduces the structure and cooling principle of a new type of passive air-cooled drum brake. In order to verify the braking efficiency,the datum point verifying test,efficiency point verifying test,heat fading test and heat resuming test are compared between passive air-cooled drum brake and common drum brake on brake inertia test bench.The tests results show that the test results of datum and efficiency point verifying test for passive air-cooled drum brake are approximately identical with common one,but passive air-cooled drum brake has good performance of heat resuming and anti-heat fading.
