摘　　要：提出了一种基于序贯相似性算法的快速车牌识别方法。采用改进的倾斜较正和字符分割方法对定位好的车牌进行处理,并采用基于序贯相似性检测的模板匹配算法进行车牌识别。实验结果表明,该算法具有良好的鲁棒性和实时性。This paper presents a new fast license plate recognition algorithm based on similarity sequential detection. Uses improved method of the slant rectify and the character code to handle with location automobile license plate. The character code is identified using the cyclostyle matching method of similarity sequential detection. The result shows that the method is effective.
