摘  要:研究测定兽用注射用青霉素钾含量的高效毛细管电泳方法,优化了高效毛细管电泳法检测青霉素的电泳条件,缓冲液为pH7.8(6mol/LHCL调节)的30mmol/L硼砂溶液,在分离电压为18kV、温度为25℃条件下青霉素峰形尖锐,浓度与峰面积在40-200μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9971,回收率范围为99.3%-101.5%,日内及日间变异系数均小于4%。This paper has studied the method of determining the content of penicillin potassium salt injection for veterinaries by High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis. The condition of high performance capillary electrophoresis was optimized, the buffer was 30 mmol/L sodium tetraborate adjusted to pH 7.8 with 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid, running voltage was 18 kV and operated temperature was 25 ℃. In this condition peak shape was good, the liner range was 40 - 200 μg./mL and the coefficient was 0. 9971. The recoveries were between 99.3% and 101.5%. The relative standard deviation(RSD) of within day and between day were all less than 4%.
