白内障小切口手术与超声乳化手术临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障小切口手术与超声乳化手术的临床疗效。方法通过对我院2004年4月至2005年9月白内障小切口摘除合并人工晶体植入术62眼,超声乳化合并人工晶体植入术85眼,术后视力、屈光、并发症检测。结果术后3个月小切口手术组视力<0.3者5眼(8.1%),≥0.3者57眼(91.9%),其中≥1.0者32眼(51.6%)。超声乳化组<0.3者8眼(9.4%),≥0.3者77眼(90.6%),其中≥1.0者52眼(61.2%)。术后1月小切口手术组平均散光(1.00±0.48)D。超声乳化手术组平均散光(1.00±0.25)D。术后3个月,小切口手术组平均散光(0.85±0.25)D,超声乳化手术组平均散光(0.75±0.25)D。两组相比差异无显著性(P(0.05)。结论白内障小切口摘除合并人工晶体植入术,术后散光小,视力恢复快,并发症少,不受硬核白内障限制,所需设备简单,经济价廉,适合在基层开展和推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effet of small incision cataract surgery and phacoemulsification. Methods A retrospective study was underuent according to the 62 cases with small incision cataract extraction combined with implantation of intraocular lens ,to the 85 cases with phacoemulsitication combined with implantation of intraocular lens from April 2004 to Sep 2005 in our hospital post operative eyesight, refraction, complications were tested. Results in small incision group , the vision acuity was less than 0.3 in 5 cases （ 8.1% ） equal to and more than 0.3 in 57 cases （91.9%） , among which equal to and more than 1.0 were 52 cases （61.2%） 3 months after operation . The average astigmatism was 1.00 ±0.48D . in small incision group and it was（ 1.00 ±0.25 ） D. in phacoemulsitication group. 1 month after operation. They were（0.85 ± 0.25 ） D and （0.75 ± 0.25 ） D respectively 3 months later. The difference was not significant between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The small incision catatract extraction combined with implantation of intraoculav lens can be promoted widely for. it, s advantage of small astigmatism , faster visual recovery , fewer complications, without restrictions from the hard nucleus , simple equipment and cheap price .
