摘　　要：介绍了微乳体系的类型、组成及特点,阐述了微乳作为研究热点在食品化学、日用化工、中药制剂以及其它不同领域中的应用,并预测了微乳的前景。This paper introduced the types of microemulsion, composition and characteristics of them. The application of microemulsion as the research hotspot, including food-chemistry, daily chemical industry, biological pharmacy and so on, had been reviewed. Also the prospect of microemulsion was forecasted.
