摘 要:生物抛光整理是一种用纤维素改善纤维素纤维制品表面的整理工艺,以达到持久的抗起毛起球,增加织物的光洁度和柔软度的效果。通过单因素和正交实验,讨论了影响生物抛光效果的各种因素,最后得出了亚麻织物生物抛光最佳工艺为:酶用量2%,时间50 min,温度50℃,pH值6.0,浴比1∶15。结果表明,亚麻织物经生物抛光整理后改善了手感、毛效,并减轻了刺痒感,提高了亚麻织物的服用性能及附加值。Biopolish using cellulose is a finishing process to improve the surface of the cellulose fiber, to achieve lasting anti-pilling with fabric and to increase the smoothness and softness. The biopolishing technology of linen fabrics was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments, and the various factors affecting the hiopolishing effects were discussed. The optimum technological conditions were that the dosage of cellulose was 2%, time was 50 minute, the temperature was 50 ℃, pH value was G 0,and the liquor ratio was 1 : 15. These results showed that after biopolishing the hand-feel and capillarity of linen fabrics had been improved, itchy effect been lowered and garment performances and added values been raised.
