多层螺旋CT在原发性结肠恶性淋巴瘤中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析原发性结肠恶性淋巴瘤（PCML）的多层螺旋CT（MSCT）的影像特征，探讨MSCT对PCML的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析12例经手术病理证实为PCML的MSCT资料。结果12例均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤，除1例为T细胞来源，其余均为B细胞淋巴瘤；肿块型5例（41．7％），浸润型4例（33．3％），混合型3例（25％）。结论PCML的MSCT表现具有一定的特征，有助于临床诊断。Objective To analyze image manifestations of multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT） in primary colonic malignant lymphoma（ PCML）, evaluating its ability to detect PCML. Methods The MSCT data of 12 cases with PCML verified by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Non-Hodgkin＇ s lymphoma was confirmed in all of 12 cases. For all of the cases T-cell origin was in 1 case and B-cell origin in other cases. The typing included mass pattern（ n = 5, 41.7% ）, infiltrative pattern（ n = 4,33.3% ） and mixed pattern（ n = 3,25% ） in all of 12 cases. Conclusions With its characteristic information, MSCT remains the method of choice for the diagnosis of PCML.
