摘 要:目的对比片段弓和镍钛螺旋弹簧在口腔正畸治疗拉尖牙向远中的应用.方法选择36例牙列拥挤,双侧对称拔除第一双尖牙且需将尖牙拉向远中的患者,用方丝弓矫正技术,随机选择18例为实验组使用片段弓,另外18例为对照组使用镍钛螺旋弹簧,分别拉下颌尖牙向远中.测量尖牙向远中移动的距离以及磨牙向近中倾斜的角度.结果实验组牙齿移动的速度为(1.285±0.084)mm/月,快于对照组(0.987±0.066)mm/月,实验组磨牙近中倾斜的程度为(1.86±0.120)°小于对照组(2.49±0.140)°,两者经统计学检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论使用片段弓拉尖牙向远中在牙齿移动速度以及控制磨牙近中倾斜等方面均优于使用镍钛螺旋弹簧,建议应优先采用.Objective To compare the clinic effects of segmental arch and Ni-Ti closure coiling in the orthodontic application of canine distalization. Methods The edgewise arch wire fixed appliance technique was applied in the treatment of 36 cases of dental crowding, whose four first premolars were extracted and canine distalization was needed according to the treatment protocol. 18 cases were randomly selected as group A, to whom the canines were distalized with segmental arch; the other 18 cases were set up as group B, to which the canines were distalized with Ni-Ti closure coiling. The distance of canine distalization and the angle of anchorage molar inclinization in all cases was measured and compared. Results The mean velocity of canine distalization in the group A was (1.285 ±0.084) mm/month, it was faster than the (0.987 ±0.066) mm/month of group B; the mean degree of molar inclinization (1.86 ±0.12)° in group A was less than the (2.49 ±0.14)° in group B. Statistic analysis found that the differences were significant. Conclusion The segmental arch can move the canine faster and control the anchorage molar better than Ni-Ti closure coiling, so it is suggested that the segmental arch should be the preferential selection in orthodontic canine distalization
