后发性白内障发病机制和防治研究的进展

摘　　要：后发性白内障是影响白内障手术疗效的主要因素,其后囊下混浊发生的机制主要与残留晶体上皮细胞的迁移、增殖和转分化有关,目前开展的治疗主要是激光后囊膜切开.围绕后发性白内障的发病机制和防治对策展开了大量的基础和临床研究,取得了一定的进展,现综述如下.After-cataract is the main affecting factor to the effect of cataract surgery. The mechanism of posterior capsule opacification is mainly related with migration, proliferation and transdifferentiation of remain crystal epithelial ceils. At present, the main therapy aiming to it is laser incision of posterior capsule. A great deal of basical and clinical investigation surrounding the pathogenesis, prevention and therapy of after-cataract are carried out and some progressions are achieved.
